Returns and Guarantee

We pledge you the best service we can provide and personal attention for every order you place. We will always try our best to give you the fastest delivery possible and the best value for your money.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, just return your purchase within 1 month by ground mail. You can choose to either exchange the product or receive a complete refund. We do not refund shipping to or from the customer.

Note - Grinding sleeves and laces cannot be refunded. Items that have been broken, misused or damaged will not be refunded.

If you would like to return the item(s) by mail, please e-mail us before returning. We will provide you with complete mailing instructions and a return number.

Please ensure the product has been packaged properly. All items shipped back from the US should have no value written on the outside for customs purposes. Do not place a value on the package for returns. Doing so, will result in a slow refund!

If you would like to cancel your order, please e-mail or phone us as soon as possible. You can reach us at 1-613-228-1099. If your order has been shipped before we receive your cancellation,you will be charged the shipping costs.

If we missed an item on your order or shipped you the wrong product, please e-mail us and we will make every effort to correct your order.
